Let's work together!

We’re excited to offer our gowns for your upcoming photoshoot and look forward to partnering with you to create stunning imagery. Below, you’ll find all the details you need to know about our gown rental process.

Rent a

gown

Rental Terms & Deposit

  • Deposit: A $300 deposit is required per gown.
  • Refund: $200 of the deposit is refundable upon the gown’s return, provided it is undamaged.
  • Cleaning Fee: $100 of the deposit will go towards cleaning costs. We understand gowns will get dirty during shoots, and they will be dry cleaned. However, we kindly ask that you handle the gowns with care to minimize excessive dirt, particularly by picking up trains when possible and minimizing movement shots outdoors.

Shot Requirements

Before we dive into the required shots, we want to emphasize that we want your photoshoot to flow as naturally and creatively as possible. While we don't expect 100% of these shots, we kindly ask that you keep them in mind throughout the shoot. Here's a list of the ideal shots we'd love to have to truly showcase the gown. These are meant to be a guide, so feel free to make them your own while highlighting the beauty and details of each dress!

Full-Length Shots:

  • Front Full-Length (Straight-On): Gown fully visible from the front, no bouquet or hands covering the dress.
  • Back Full-Length (Straight-On): Full back view of the gown to highlight any back details like buttons, zippers, or a train.
  • Side Profile Full-Length: Capture the silhouette and any unique design features from the side.
  • Twirl/Movement Shot: Show off the flow and movement of the dress fabric by capturing a twirl or walk, if applicable.

Mid-Length Shots:
  • Front Mid-Length: From the waist up, focusing on neckline, bodice, and intricate details.
  • Back Mid-Length: Highlight any detailing on the back of the gown, such as buttons, lace, or open-back designs.
  • Side Mid-Length: Showcase the waistline and side profile details.

Close-Up Detail Shots:
  • Bodice Details (Front): Capture intricate beading, lace, or other bodice designs.
  • Back Details (Close-Up): Focus on buttons, zippers, or embellishments.
  • Neckline: Highlight any unique neckline or collar design.
  • Sleeve/Strap Detail: Focus on sleeve or strap details, if applicable.
  • Hem/Train Detail: Show the design and details at the bottom of the gown.
  • Fabric Detail: A close-up of the fabric’s texture or lace patterns.
  • Waistline/Belt (if applicable): Highlight any design around the waist, such as a belt or intricate stitching.

Creative Shots:
  • Over-the-Shoulder Glance: Model looking over her shoulder to feature the back of the gown.
  • Model Sitting: Ensure the gown is fully spread out and visible, showing how it falls when seated.
  • Low Angle Shot: Accentuate volume by capturing the gown from a low angle, especially for ballgown or A-line silhouettes.
  • Gown on a Hanger: Showcase the gown beautifully hung before the model wears it.
  • Side-Swept Train: Showcase the train laid out elegantly behind the model.

Final Touches:
  • Gown Details from Behind the Veil (if applicable): A soft shot of the gown peeking through the veil.
  • Back Silhouette Against Light: Use natural light to highlight the gown’s shape in silhouette.
